The people here rock. My neighbors are awesome, they have helped me with my groceries on more than one occasion. It is very quiet and peaceful, and it's nice to see the kids playing to their heart's content.
We have truely enjoyed our stay here. The maintenance people are always taking care of our problems in a timely manner. The office staff has changed a few times, but every one is very friendly and helpful. We love it here and we would not mind recomending this place at all.
I have a vey spacious 2bedroom. The layout is perfect for roomate living, the pool area is gorgeous and 2 thumbs up for the management team. They create social gatherings such as pancake day or movie night and it gives all a chance to meet and visit with our neighbors. I'm here to stay .!! You should too :)
I have resided at WestChase Forest for over 2 yrs and can say that all my problems have always been solved by Toya. She is assertive,devoted and a great asset to the Westchase Forest Team. When I call the office I feel assured that my problem will be handled the best way it can and when Toya answers I know it will. I always feel right at home.
This property has been on a steady decline for the past 3 or 4 years (in every category). They appear to be leasing to just anyone who comes along. My next door neighbor had their electricity cut off and ran an extension cord over on to my balcony to tap into an outdoor outlet. The security gates are a joke. Ive been living in at the WCF for about a year now after recently seperating from my marriage and frankly, I found this complex to be very charming and the staff to be very accomodating and delightful. I'm moving back to Charleston, but I'm thankful in finding WCF to make my home.
I have to be honest, this place is not perfect, but it is far better than anywhere else I have lived. Things break, things go wrong, but they are always on top of everything with a quickness. I love always seeing a friendly face and a smile, whether it be from the staff, my neighbors, or the kids.

For the price, you get a good amount of space. The floorplans maximize space utilization, but there are some odd omissions, such as no front door closets. The noise level is fairly low, the maintenance staff is terrific and responds very quickly. The appliances are very new and of good quality.
