Place is horrible. Cars get broken into frequently. Units get robbed. We get a monthly memo stating that someone's apt has been broken into.
Office personel is bad its like a new girl everytime you go in there and they dont know what to do or how to help you. Gangs are moving in now. So not as safe. Stay away. Not worth the money. Peeping toms for maintanence men. I caught one looking at me one morning as i exited the shower. I called the police and filled out a report and the guy is still working here.

I am glad to have renewed my lease with the apartments. Service is great, they come by in a iimely manner to take care of our issues. The office staff arre professional and thoughtful. The leasing staff is ok, the grounds are ok. My biggest complaint would be the number of flyers that are allowed to be hung on residents doors.

I have lived here for 2 years and have never experienced a problem. The leasing agents are all helpful to me and the new property manager never has a problem speaking with me. In fact, since I've moved in they have done nothing but make improvements to this property(the pools, courtyard)It's quiet at night and I actually feel safe walking from my car to my apartment,most everyone is so friendly.
I loved living in in west chase forest after I was transferred from Dallas. Found my apartment perfectly ready for me as I moved in, and the people in the office to be very kind, and even helped my set up my power.
