Dealing with Westvalley Carpet & Flooring was a great experience, from our initial phone call, store visit, contract finalization through to installation completion. Cory, our Sales Consultant, was knowledgeable, personable and excellent to deal with. Mo provided on-time and real nice installation, with no fuss and full clean-up. Installation ended up being ahead of schedule and the final Mohawk Elegant Presence product looks and feels awesome. Highly recommend.
We had new flooring installed in two of our bathrooms. Would recommend this company "largely "due to the installer "MO". We just had all the hardwood flooring replaced on our main level due to an insurance claim. We found Westvalley flooring to be very efficient and professional. Our sales rep, Briana, was always available and quick to return calls,The installer, Richard, did a very nice job. Our floors look great and we would recommend Westvalley to anyone needing hardwood flooring.
Albino is a craftsman. We are delighted with the results of our new bathroom. He is meticulous, tidy, professional, and passionate about his craft. The results are amazing. He left the bathroom sparkling! We were introduced to Derek and Tim due to a small flood in our home. They provided outstanding customer service with both the choice of flooring and the quote. We decided to replace the flooring not just in the damaged areas but through the whole house and couldn't be happier with the new look. Our installation team of Jason Thompson were wonderful to work with. They were very thoughtful to our needs and did a wonderful job of daily clean up of the workspace.

The staff were professional, and super efficient. They did a fantastic job at removing the old carpet and puting in the new one. They were careful not to do any damage and at the end of their work, which took only about 3 hours, the place looked spotless. Great price and great service!
Not only was Westvalley Flooring super-competitive on price, and Frank was very personable on the estimate, but today we had our hardwood installation. Ruslan was extremely professional, flexible, courteous, great quality work & cleaned up better than I expected! We recommend him!
Had The carpet and underlay replaced in 3 bedrooms, hallway, stairs and family room. Curtis and Read came and had it finished in 5 hours. That included moving furniture and dismantling desk and a pull out sofa bed. Very happy with these 2.
