From start to finish, we were impressed & happy with the service Derek provide instore and to the professional installation Team Abdullah and Ahmet provided. They arrived on time, explained the installation process and explored all options to reduce any nicks or scuffs to our freshly painted stairs going to basement where carpet was being installed. Make sure to request Abdullah for your carpet installation.

We purchased a new flooring from Cory at Westvalley. Excellent to deal with and very knowledgeable. The installers Mike and his son were very professional and did a great job. They treated the install as if it was their own house. Extremely please with our flooring.

I’m lucky to have Mike install our second floor hardwood. Although only 700sqt, the job is not easy. There are many small angles in our passage as well as in our bedrooms. Mike is one of the best floor installers. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, and he takes care of every detail with cautious. His work is a masterpiece. He is also very friendly, willing to answer all our questions and giving us many helpful advice.

Our experience at Westvalley Carpet and Flooring was exceptional. Jeff was great to work with in the showroom. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The crew that came to install were very professional, particular and respectful. I love my new carpet and the whole experience. Would recommend them to my best friends.

Absolutely incredible service. Ryan was just awesome. Their crew came and finished laying flooring and carpets in 2 days. They worked hard and were extremely respectful and very neat. The plumber they suggested was incredible too. Would highly recommend Westvalley Flooring!
