We had new flooring installed in two of our bathrooms. Would recommend this company "largely "due to the installer "MO". We found Westvalley (south) to be helpful and professional throughout. Ryan willingly visited two or three times as we adjusted our layout plan. The installer Mo, arrived when he said he would, was quiet and considerate throughout, left everywhere clean and did a great job with invisible seams. We will use Westvalley again.
Luis was our sales person, so kind, attentive and helpful. We bought our tile here and were well looked after. And then months later when we got into a horrible situation with another carpet supplier.... Luis was able to save the day! We ended up getting our entire house carpeted with Westvalley Flooring and everything wrong was made right and then some! We also bought some vinyl flooring for our office. Got a quote from Chris within a day and after carpet was ordered installation date was booked and completed within time indicated. Overall pricing and product worked great within our budget developing our new basement. I am having a hard time doing a google review but wanted to give a shout out to Ejder Celebi and his assistant. They did an amazing job. No complains on this end for this expertise in carpet installation. I have already referred West Valley Carpet & Flooring and will continue to do so. Thanks again guys!
