Jack and Shawna were great . The floors are perfect. I was working at home and they were so quiet no one heard them while I was online. Super clean too.
Carpet was purchased from the Creekside location. Installation was great. Mo and his team did an excellent job with the installation and the clean up. We are very happy with our new carpet.
We had a great experience with Westvalley Carpet. Our installer Ejdar was professional, courteous, hard working and he did an exceptional job. He took extra care and attention - we highly recommend him. Working with Cory on choosing carpet was very helpful and the whole process went very smoothly smoothly.
Chris installed our laminate floor on schedule with no problems. Sales staff were also helpful in selecting a flooring product and answering our questions. I would recommend Westvalley Carpet and Flooring for customers looking for laminate flooring.
We have moved from Manitoba to Calgary and needed new carpeting. Went to Westvalley and met Chris. His service, advice and knowledge was excellent. We did not go to any other store, we were satisfied with his recommendations. The installers were excellent, Moe and his brother were friendly professional and efficient.
Unfortunately for us, we had a fire in our home. In fairness we did have some issues with our floor installation, however, Derik from West Valley bent over backward to rectify the issues. Derik helped us all the way through our restoration, both with selection of materials and ensuring that we were happy. Kudos Derik. you made this as easy as and pain free as possible. Thanks to Bartek (tile), Tom (tile) and of course Tyler for the flooring installation. Tyler there is always a cold one in the fridge for you!

We had new flooring installed in two of our bathrooms. Would recommend this company "largely "due to the installer "MO". Mo did a very nice tidy job.He was very pleasant and professional and is a credit to the company. Thank you also to "TYLER" who adjusted the schedule to accommodate our needs . Found the perfect flooring with Cory's help and love the new carpet and plank vinyl. Installer Mo was great and make quick work of the installation. Very happy with experience and plan on ordering more now.
