Our installer, Mo, from West Valley did an excellent job. In particular, the work he did on our winding staircase was exceptionally good togetherb with our living room and bedrooms. We appreciated his calm, polite and professional manner and his willingness to do everything he could to meet our needs and expectations. Thank you.
Great Job! We wanted to replace our entire main floor (carpet & tile). Our sales person Cory guided us through the various products allowing us to take as many samples home to help with our decision as we needed. We chose American walnut engineered hardwood knowing that walnut is softer than some other hardwood choices. We love the colour and the grain. We wanted to replace all of our flooring in our condo. I searched online and found Westvalley Carpet & Flooring were local to us, so we went in to have a look at their stock. We were greeted by Cory. He was extremely helpful and we ended up taking home a few samples. We finally decided on a Vinyl Plank flooring. Mo installed it for us and did a beautiful job. We are very pleased with the final result. Thank you so much to Cory and Mo.
Had The carpet and underlay replaced in 3 bedrooms, hallway, stairs and family room. Curtis and Read came and had it finished in 5 hours. That included moving furniture and dismantling desk and a pull out sofa bed. Very happy with these 2.
We spent a long time trying to decide on new carpet for our stairs and upstairs bedrooms. Luis at West Valley was extremely helpful. He costed out several options for us and then recommended other similar but cheaper options when our first choice turned out to be too expensive. The installers Scott and Will were very professional and did an excellent job. Thank you all so much and we would definitely recommend you.
Our tiled heated kitchen floor was damaged due to water leak. Mark and Chris ,through Westvalley Flooring, were assigned to tear out the old flooring (tiles, under tile heating and subfloor). There was an issue of height with the new flooring to be installed and they resolved this issue with efficiency and skill. Just had our carpet replaced with vinyl planks. We are very please with the work that has been done and are very appreciative of the install crew. They were very efficient, clean and completed the job promptly. The were very helpful in giving us a hand to move some furniture. Everything was great from the minute I contacted Westvalley Flooring. I worked with Briana first, who listened to what I wanted & couldn’t have done a better job picking the laminate & carpet. The colour & overall look is fantastic. Chris & Corey installed the laminate on my whole main floor & did a great job. They made sure all my furniture, etc. was protected. & cleaned up after. had to replace the hardwood floor in my kitchen after the dishwasher leaked. All the staff that I dealt with were great from picking out the flooring to the installation. Tim my sales rep was awesome to work with. When it came time to actually install the hardwood Chris and his helper (sorry his name escapes me) were excellent. it was a great job and their team work really was noticeable as they worked so well together.
