Albino is a craftsman. We are delighted with the results of our new bathroom. He is meticulous, tidy, professional, and passionate about his craft. The results are amazing. He left the bathroom sparkling! Brianna also deserves our appreciation for assigning Albino to our project and for all the time she took to help us design our new bathroom and meet our budget requirements! Thanks to Jeff for assisting us in selecting the carpeting for our two bedrooms. Mo and his installation partner did a great job for us. They were quick and did a very professional job. They used the old carpet to protect our hardwood floors during the installation. When finished they vacuumed the bedroom carpets, the hardwood floors and the carpet in the hallway of our Condo right to the exit door.
We had a flood in our basement while we were selling our house and had to get the work done quickly but expertly too ! Westvalley carpet and flooring sent in Moe and Gilberto to lay the carpet in our two bedrooms and they did a great job !! It was done fast and it was done professionally - WHAT A GREAT TEAM !!!

We were introduced to Derek and Tim due to a small flood in our home. They provided outstanding customer service with both the choice of flooring and the quote. We decided to replace the flooring not just in the damaged areas but through the whole house and couldn't be happier with the new look. Our installation team of Jason Thompson were wonderful to work with. They were very thoughtful to our needs and did a wonderful job of daily clean up of the workspace.
We went to Westvalley South back in April 2019. We were lucky to get Luis as our contact. He is very knowledgeable and does not try to sell you, or upsell you, something that doesn't work. It's hard to find a commissioned salesman who is genuine and honest. We really enjoyed our visit, took home carpet and said we'd get back in time when we were ready.
