We had a flood in our basement while we were selling our house and had to get the work done quickly but expertly too ! Westvalley carpet and flooring sent in Moe and Gilberto to lay the carpet in our two bedrooms and they did a great job !! It was done fast and it was done professionally - WHAT A GREAT TEAM !!!

We were introduced to Derek and Tim due to a small flood in our home. They provided outstanding customer service with both the choice of flooring and the quote. We decided to replace the flooring not just in the damaged areas but through the whole house and couldn't be happier with the new look. Our installation team of Jason Thompson were wonderful to work with. They were very thoughtful to our needs and did a wonderful job of daily clean up of the workspace.
We went to Westvalley South back in April 2019. We were lucky to get Luis as our contact. He is very knowledgeable and does not try to sell you, or upsell you, something that doesn't work. It's hard to find a commissioned salesman who is genuine and honest. We really enjoyed our visit, took home carpet and said we'd get back in time when we were ready. Rob was great from beginning to end. V professional and friendly. Knows his profession. Selecting the wood and stain, we got exactly what I wanted. Worksite was orderly. V happy with the project and the results.
The staff were professional, and super efficient. They did a fantastic job at removing the old carpet and puting in the new one. They were careful not to do any damage and at the end of their work, which took only about 3 hours, the place looked spotless. Great price and great service!
