Frank was easy to deal with and helped us in selecting new carpet for our basement. He came out and measured and was always quick to respond when we contacted him. Installation day was flawless with Mohammed and what we thought would take 2 days was done in 1. They arrived shortly after 8am and were completely done by 5:30. They even moved furniture around so that the job could be finished quickly. Thank you Westvalley for making a daunting task of replacing carpet an extremely painless one.
As a result of a flood we have been working with a restoration company for the last three months and part of the work that was completed was new tile flooring in our en-suite. We are at the end of this process however we were not at all pleased with the tile work which appeared to have been completed very hastily...the grouting discoloured, some places where it was completely missing and the existing tile on the wall adjacent to the shower stall cracked. Briana was a joy to deal with and was very helpful in picking out our new carpet. Mo and his coworker were very good. They were friendly and answered all my questions. They worked hard to get the old carpet up and the new one down all in one day. It was snowing the day they were here and they went out of the way to cover the hardwood flooring so not to get snow on it.
We are very pleased with the knowledgeable, courteous service we received while dealing with our insurance claim. Tim was so helpful in guiding us to make the right choices for our home. As for installation day, Mohammed and his partner worked so efficiently, they were done the job in one long day! He even asked a friend to come help to wrap things up. These men were very knowledgeable, professional and clean and tidy, too. We would definitely have them back!
I chose Westvalley Carpet and Flooring because of the great reviews and was not disappointed. Tim was very helpful in helping me choose the type of carpet, on time when he met me at my house to measure up, and reassuring that I would have the best installers. The installers, Curtis & Reed, were in my house all day and were the hardest workers I have ever seen and did a fabulous install of the carpet. I would highly recommend this company for all your flooring needs and will defiantly use them in the future.

From the moment we entered Westvalley Flooring we were impressed by the honest service we received from Frank, our salesman. There was no trying to upsell for extra commission but rather making sure we knew what we were buying and that we'd be happy with our purchase. The installation was exceptional. We had the pleasure of dealing with Ray, who went above and beyond to help us locate our existing floor so that we could match the flooring to a master bedroom addition we are currently having done. I anticipated this being a headache of a job but Ray was so knowledgeable and efficient, he really made it easy for us to move onto the next item on the list. We wish that everyone we deal with is as wonderful as him and his team. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!
Westvalley Flooring ( North) was great to deal with. Derek took charge overseeing a water damage insurance claim for us He handled the flooring needs as well as arranging all the trades required to complete the job. Our job was a challenging one . Derek chose the best trades experienced to take on the challenges that came with the reno. We are very pleased with the completed job....everything looks great!
