Our tiled heated kitchen floor was damaged due to water leak. Mark and Chris ,through Westvalley Flooring, were assigned to tear out the old flooring (tiles, under tile heating and subfloor). There was an issue of height with the new flooring to be installed and they resolved this issue with efficiency and skill. Just had our carpet replaced with vinyl planks. We are very please with the work that has been done and are very appreciative of the install crew. They were very efficient, clean and completed the job promptly. The were very helpful in giving us a hand to move some furniture. Truly a great experience and we would not hesitate to recommend Westvalley flooring. Thanks again.
Everything was great from the minute I contacted Westvalley Flooring. I worked with Briana first, who listened to what I wanted & couldn’t have done a better job picking the laminate & carpet. The colour & overall look is fantastic. Chris & Corey installed the laminate on my whole main floor & did a great job. They made sure all my furniture, etc. was protected. & cleaned up after. had to replace the hardwood floor in my kitchen after the dishwasher leaked. All the staff that I dealt with were great from picking out the flooring to the installation. Tim my sales rep was awesome to work with. When it came time to actually install the hardwood Chris and his helper (sorry his name escapes me) were excellent. it was a great job and their team work really was noticeable as they worked so well together. After extensive searching for carpet and hardwood flooring, my wife and I finally settled on Westvalley Carpet and Flooring. Our final choice was based on: Wide selection of product, Quality of product and pricing, and Professionalism and helpfulness with service from Tim and Cory. WOW!!!! WE ARE VERY HAPPY. Hardwood flooring was installed yesterday and carpet was done today. I recently had my 3 upstairs bedrooms carpets replaced. I was very happy with the installation and the product quality. Cory is very cooperative to my requests there was a ease of business in all aspects. The hallway and the stairs as well were done in a laminated plank “Palm Beach” . The installation was very difficult with many cuts because of the type of flooring I choose but Bartek the installer did a great job. I am extremely pleased. I would definitely consider using West Valley again if needed!
Thank you Westvalley for the amazing job you have done for us. We had a flood from our fridge and Westvalley has been amazing. Carpets installed efficiently and look wonderful. Tom did our hardwood and wow! An amazing job. Said 2 weeks and he worked Sohard to make that happen. He was patient and helped pick out what would work best for our house for the hardwood color. Any time we need flooring or carpet we will be back. A big thank you!
We would like to comment about the very helpful and efficient service we received from Briana of the north store of Westvalley during her presentation and mesurements. Also, Scott and Will who did the installation adressed all of our concerns regarding joints. We are very happy how Scott did the seams and very pleased with the great job Will did of our stairs and landing. Both were very pleasant and helpful. We are happy with the whole experience and would recommend them to anyone.
