We chose to purchase our new carpet with Westvalley because Cory went above and beyond in helping us to find the right carpet for our home and family. Mohammad and his crew were amazing installers doing all the work in just one day, cleaning up so well and doing a beautiful job all around. We would absolutely recommend Westvalley! Thank you!

Derek at Westvalley went above and beyond to fix our water damaged hardwood. He came highly recommended by our insurer, and we came to understand why quickly. His team worked quickly to replace the damaged flooring, and ensured that there was not any further damage to the subfloor. They kept the house clean and tidy at the end of each work day and were extremely pleasant. I had my condo floor redone with laminate flooring for resale. I was told it would a 3 day job , but was told the installers did not work on weekends, so it was 5 days causing me to lose another day of work. They also did NOT LEVEL the sub-flooring so now it feels loose in areas as you walk on it. Now they don't want to come back and fix it. I'm giving them a 2nd chance to fix it before calling some one else.
From the time we walked into the store until the installation of our new carpet was completed, we were very impressed with the people who helped us with our project. At the store, Cory helped us choose a product perfect for our needs and the installation team was on time and knew what they were doing as the work was completed in a very timely manner.

Mark the tiler did a fantastic and professional job on our new shower. It was a bit of trickier install with a window, but Mark was both very knowledgeable about how to solve the problems as well as great at communicating how the job would/was proceed(ing) at every step. He is a stickler for details - exactly what one wants in a tiler! Very conscientious, prompt, courteous and friendly. I would recommend very highly!
I would recommend West valley for all my flooring needs. Very professional staff along with good knowledge of the product. Had my condo done in December 2018. Bartek was the installer and definitely would recommend him to do my flooring again. I was impressed on the workmanship and how the flooring was installed within a day. Great job well done!
