Bad service. And very shady dealer. I spoke with Gilbert, the guy that shows you cars. Said they had a car I was looking for on the lot. So I went to the dealer and some other guy had to help me. Immediately that other guy sat me down and started asking me personal information and wanting to call the manager so I can buy the vehicle. They will call and harass you even after you tell them you have purchased a new vehicle from someone else. They don't care how many times you tell them to take you off of their call list. Desperate and unprofessional.
I would give zero stars if I could. I tried to get a quote on a new vehicle that I saw on their website. I spoke to someone via text as well as phone. They refused to give me a price quote unless I drove to their dealership. DFW is a huge area. In addition, I live a few hours away. I explained this to the guy on the phone and via text. I took my F150 in for an oil change Friday, August 18, 2023 around 10:00 - 10:30. It took them 6 hours to complete my oil change. Worst service I have experienced in all the times I have taking my truck there. T. Austin
At one point I thought I wanted a new truck. Westway had the truck I thought I wanted. After speaking with them it did not have the 5th wheel prep. So the sales guy called me a week later saying he had another one. I was over it and asked him to take me off the call list. Now I receive calls weekly almost daily about trucks from different salespeople. I have asked everyone to take me off the list, and they won't do it. So when I decide to buy a new truck it won't be from them.
Been calling for 4 days straight for Service, NO ONE answers and they hang up on you after leaving you on hold

My husband and I bought a used 2020 Chevy Tahoe in February. As we were leaving after all papers were signed, the salesperson handed us one keyless remote. I asked about only getting one key, and the salesperson replied yes. We bought a $4,000 protection plan that included keyless remote replacement, so we figured we could get another one that way. I bought a 2022 F150 from Westway and upon leaving with the truck, the salesman handed me one key fob. I asked where the other key was and he said we only got one key from the previous owner, so you only get one key fob. I said this is unacceptable and I deserve to get two keys.
