What are the benefits of using our Ford OEM parts versus an aftermarket part? You'll get a part that is designed to fit your specific make or model. It's meant to survive the wear and tear associated with your unique car, truck or SUV. An aftermarket part might be mass designed to fit multiple makes and models. It might not fit your specific model. Is there a difference between the two? Absolutely. The OEM part has a higher value because it typically does the job that was intended.

I wouldn’t know where to start! We came from out of state and they said truck would be ready, it hadn’t even been serviced, cleaned, nothing. We were lied to by sales, finance, manage etc. They ad warranties you don’t ask for and then say they’ll have them taken off but dont. This is against the law. And now this truck is broke down at Ford with $16,000 in work. Obviously they only care about making money and turning cars around quickly. They never did their due diligence to service and make sure this truck was road worthy.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Would give no stars if I could, went and looked at a used 2013 f250. Liked it, truck was posted for 33500. Told them where I wanted my payments, my credit was a 781. Brought me back a paper saying over 1000 a month, 12% interest, and over 43000 for the truck. Added on “dealer prep”. Scam artists for sure. Whatever price is listed is not the real price.
Worst dealership ever. My truck is still with them and it is almost a month and nobody calls or updates me. I make daily calls and I am told that my rep "Juan" is busy with something and that he will call which he never does. If I wait for him on phone, the phone hangs up. I make calls multiple times. I am too busy to leave my job and go there physically, which I would have done if possible, just to inquire about the status of my truck which can be done easily on phone. Even the operator does not connect me to the manager an... read more
Terrible to deal with would go to Platinum Ford in Terrell, or Rockwall Ford. Sales person I was with had no idea how to run the numbers. His manager was more worried about trying to make an impression that he was the manager. POOR dealership and CON ARTIST price changes. Mark my words AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
Overall just a bad experience. They are trying to charge 7500 over msrp for an f150. There are a lot of dealers that are not doing this. When I showed them the truecar data, which tells what dealers are selling the truck for in the area, I was told to go buy a car from truecar. After that I left and purchased the same car down the road for 6k less than what they were offering the same day. Based on my experience with one car salesman I can tell the place has a bad culture.
Classic Bait and switch from dealers. We found 2 trucks on cars.com to go and look at. Call to set up an appointment and arrive on time to said appointment. Get told that one of the trucks had sold over the weekend. No problem we can look at the other one. Well the price listed was around $49k online but when we started talking it was going to be closer to $57k. Something about multiple packages that were not factored into the price when listed online. This practice should be illegal and there should be repercussions for dea... read more
Salesman knew we were driving 7 hours specifically to buy a mustang Mach E. I texted him to ensure the car would be charged when we got there, he failed to charge the car, it had 18% when we got there and the dealerships only charger is a slow charger. I told the salesman that car gurus had offered $30k for my wife’s 2018 Traverse. He said they could match or beat their offer, “We are paying top dollar for trades,” he said. They we’re going to give me $23k for my trade. I said I would just buy the car and sell my trade to ca... read more
Westway have been nothing but disappointments with our Bronco order. My wife and I only reserved and ordered at this dealer because were were told we would be sold our order at msrp. Well the vehicle finally arrives and it’s nowhere near msrp. They also are so deceptive with a bunch of BS add-ons like tint and nitrogen filled tires. So sad that we can’t rely on our local ford dealer.
Take your business elsewhere. After agreeing to a price they will change the amount after pulling credit and sending it over to finance. There are many dealerships that will not add "options" to the price after you've been approved and agreed on the final sales price . This dealership is full of unethical sale practice's, read all the reviews and you'll quickly figure out this is the sales culture they want.
