Unhappy customer I will never purchase a vehicle from Westway Ford again. In may of 2016 I purchased a Mercedes GLK350 from you guys. I was told there was equity in the car by James our sales man several times. He sold us the car knowing that the car fax report was going to play a major factor on us trying to trade in the car, but didn’t disclose that information to us. Waste of Time Speak about what all they can do to help people with less than perfect credit only to waste a few hours in the cold and rain to get the unfortunate "we can't help you. It will be a waste of your time if you don't have the credit to work on the new side. I would recommend you all try somewhere else. They don't have many good cars at that.
Waste of Time Was interested in a used car, knowing my credit wasn't the greatest, I filled out a credit app. Was given a call and said everything looked good, just needed to see my trade. Going out there in the rain and cold and sitting there for approx. 2hrs. They had no decision. After asking to see the numbers several times, I was then advised I was only going to get $500 for my 2003 4Runner Sport loaded. Shawn Leggett is the definition of shady Shawn Leggett, boy oh boy is this guy shady. Shawn Leggett is a complete slim bag and defines the stereotypical shady car salesmen. Lying, scamming sales people I was lied to repeatedly...the vehicle boasted upgraded features including navigation (which it did NOT have). When I asked if they would install it or lower the price to reflect their error, they said no. I had my own financing and they ran it through their multiple lenders without my permission. Extremely Poor Service I have been a loyal customer and brand advocate of Ford for over 5 years, but recently I encountered some extremely poor customer service at Westway Ford. a detail they "owed" me. Please do not purchase a car here or even have them do something as a "detail". What a joke- i dropped my car off at 11:00am and was told it would be ready by 4-4:30. i arrived at 4:15 only to wait to get my car until 6:15. I was having a "detail" done that they "owed" me because when i leased the car it was not clean when i picked it up-the next day. It sucked was lied to by salesman Do not listen to the sales person when they say you are approved i have text that said my wife was then took off lost time at work to have another person tell her no this car lot would not be recommended to any of my friends are family and i will let my friends on facebook instagram and twitter know how crappy we was treated
