The worst dealership I’ve experienced in DFW. I originally chose this dealership because of the location relevant to where I live. I purchased new 2018 Raptor and expected to use them for service as well. When purchased, I was under the impression that the maintenance program that included various benefits to me was through Ford however I learned that it was dealer specific. Advertised price on the website means nothing. I saw a vehicle I wanted on the website and went to purchase the vehicle only to be told there is a "premium" of 5K on the vehicle. Of course with Covid you have to do your shopping online. Bait and switch all the way AVOID! Plenty of other honest dealers around.
Dealer made me a written offer for a truck which I accepted, then they refused to sell. Be Leary when doing business here, I have been three days trying to get my truck with a cash deal and just keep getting the run around. I have now filed a complaint with the attorney general. Very shady dealer. I have a full transcript of my dealing.

Westway SCAM Ford . Went there on two separate occasions . You see the price online and when you go there they add 5-6 thousand dollars on to the price thinking that they are dealing with someone who is stupid , making the price of the vehicle WAY higher than any other dealer . I went to trade in my car that I paid in full through Westway,after being there 3 hours they said they could do nothing without my trade in,and money down and a co signer but to offer me a truck with 144,000 miles,1 week later I went to 5 Star Ford and now I have a 2020 Ford edge,exactly what I wanted with no money down,no co signer,no problems all in 1 day! I cant believe Westway didnt even want to try ,such an awful experience.
These guys are a bunch of thieves. Contacted the dealer which is 42 miles away from my house for price and availability of a truck. The sales manager who answered my call told me that the truck was still in the lot and the price was as advertised, but after arriving at the dealership me and my wife waited for half hour until the salesman finally showed up with a totally different truck. Worst experience ever. This manager or whatever he is decided to argue with me and my wife continuously after explaining to him the bad service we had dealing with them. I had been in the dealership since 10am and ended up not leaving until 9:20pm.
