Horrible Service Experience My daughter and I brought her Ford in for service over five weeks ago. It took 2 1/2 weeks for them to even take a look at it. It's now been over a month and we still don't have the car back. At the 3 1/2 week mark we found out they needed to work on the transmission and the warranty only covered less than half of it. Terrible ONLINE Customer Service I contacted 10 different Ford dealerships online on November 9. I told all of them what vehicle I wanted (2019 Ford Fusion SE) so that I could compare apples to apples. My intention was to purchase by Thanksgiving (within 2 weeks). I asked all of the dealerships to provide me the window sticker and final drive-out price including TTL. Service department WORST they don't know parts and prices Worst service department advertising online is FALSE when you are here they give you diferent prices and the time said is going to be no long the 2 hours and you expend mire the 5 hours

2018 Ecosport I have nothing to comment except the paperwork to to long. Love the car but the hassle of going back and forth to make it happen take to long.

Horrible experience in Used Department I just experienced the worst buying experience in my 25 years of buying cars. Jose in the Used Cars department is the salesman that gives car dealerships very bad reputations. My 20 year old daughter purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion Tuesday evening and had to leave it for service. She was told that she would be able to pick her car up Thursday after some service had to be done to it. They Damaged my Vehicle if you care about your car, go anywhere BUT westway ford. Talk about the worst service experience i’ve ever had. Horrific customer service, and zero quality control. They had my car for 3 weeks trying to fix my seat and ended up not being able to do it, well actually, they had no idea what they were doing. Worst Customer Service and possible fraud Upon our purchase of the 2017 Ford Explorer on June 30th with the used salesman James XXX things seem to have gone downhill after my agreement of the price. 1. Never received a card from anyone at the dealership. James wrote on a card stock his phone number. 2. He and his manager were suppose to call to schedule the (Promised) rim repair 7/2/18 . Horible Experience in Service Department To start my experience in the past purchasing from Westway has been pleasant, this review is against the crooked service department and Fords policy towards not providing loaner vehicles due to manufacturing problems of THEIR vehicle! Took our explorer here for recalls or s/b whatever you want to call it. 2 issues 1 with a door panel and 1 with the carbon monoxide entering the cabin. Horrible place of business Worst dealership ever!!! Not enough staff to accommodate clientele. My car has been there somce the 31st of march it is now the 11th of april and my car is still there anna and Steve with the service department are rude.
