Horrible experience, I went in trying to purchase a car. But I was texted by a sales man that never called me to introduce himself. My wife worked with Edwin Sequra. He knew she would be driving from El Paso, Texas. He also knew on a Thursday (15 April) that my wife would be there Saturday (17 April) at 4pm. I purchased well thought I purchased a new truck after they chased me down to sell me a new truck because I ask about the truck.. I agreed to the numbers. Was expecting a new truck and they could locate the truck now after I had a signed contract on the truck my sales man Austin deras only cared about the sale! Wasted two complete days here. Was told that I was approved, signed papers, paid my down payment (3000). Then waited another two hours for my car to come out of service. They came to me and said that all they could offer me was an SUV several years older and nothing that I wanted. This is to warn anyone considering buying from Westway Ford. Three years ago I bought a $45k truck from them. I was very, very specific that they only run my credit with Ford Finance. The salesman, the sales manager, and the finance manager all assured me that they will not send my information to other lenders since I was very specific. They sent it to 22 different lenders !!! Worst Group Of Liars and poor customer service I have experienced at a dealership. They use the bait and switch and are even bad at that. From the beginning Albert tried to sell us a vehicle that I didn’t even inquire about and kept telling us I did just because it was cheaper and. In worse shape. I'm now starting to realize why Westway Ford has a low review rating compared to the other Ford dealerships in the metroplex. I was lied too multiple times and the owner claims it was just a small mistake. If you feel as a customer being lied to is a small mistake then bring your business here. The only reason I'm writing here is to let these guys in Westway know that there is a price to pay for trying to blackmail customers. I went there with my sister to purchase a Ford Mustang 2020. DJ's assistant, a boy's include Katsu or sth talked to us. We got a blackmail offer with additional $2500+ (10% of total price) extra things in the invoice which we never wanted or asked.
