We mostly had a problem with communication. When we would call or text it would sometimes take a while to get someone to call or text back even during business hours. We also had issues with assistant Teri and her being detail oriented, multiple times she mistaked our loan with others and would respond to our emails with wrong information because she was responding about others loans. It made things very confusing sometimes.

Rushed into the process. I am pretty sure I should have shopped. I know even up to the day I did not get the best rate with an 808 credit score. My down payment was much much greater the day of closing than I initially was lead to believe. I asked up to the very week of closing about rates, where I was locked into a rate so that other things could be pursued. I asked about the rates dropping to 6.0% and instead I was hurriedly finished up to lock in at 6.15%

I would have liked to known what the buyers need to make sure we hit the loan commitment deadline. I had to rearrange my entire day to track down the items needed a day after the deadline and a day before closing. Had I not reached out to you I would have had no idea we needed anything. I am thankful we got it all worked out but feel it should have not gotten to that point

There were many people involved in the process. It would be better if you were able to work with just one or two people through the entire process. There were times people were contacting me and I did not know who they were or why. I would receive automated emails from people and they did not know they were sent. The amount of information requested was unbelievable.

We had an issue with the appraisal not getting done getting done in a timely manner. The appraisal was sent in on the morning of the closing.

We are thrilled this process is finished and we no longer have to deal with GO mortgage. We have been extremely dissatisfied with your service. You have been consistently disorganized and your communication has been consistently unclear. You‚Äôve continued to refer us to your system for signatures. There are multiple items listed there that note we still need to provide and/or sign but you told us to ignore because you already had them. What good is a system like that?
