Would have liked to have had a better turn around on my questions regarding the loan. When I had questions, I had to ask multiple times or in other times felt brushed off. No lock rate was offered upfront, only after an increase from the initial numbers shared.

I referred Gomortgage from a previous client that we shared. The experience and level of service was not the same as with our first shared client. My client was not satisfied and decided to go with a different lender for future needs.

I only wish that when I drilled Tyler on getting the loan done on time he took me seriously. A question arose about the flood zoning and I would have responded immediately because I knew it could be an issue. Tyler has experience with the Rogue river that I don't (I live in suburbia). Instead of owning it, Tyler deflected. Now that it's all done I'll keep him in mind when we're ready to refi with a lower interest rate. I only wonder if we could possibly alter the landscape to avoid that 1-2 feet that's in the flood zone.

We did not have a good experience with the loan officer before Brandon. It was stressful having our loan officer switched after Karl left without any notice. We went for days with no emails answered and did not know that Karl had left. This made it very stressful. Brandon is great though!

The entire process was rushed and not well documented. I received two disclosures and each time the loan total amount increased without any explanation, when I requested it in writing I would only get calls. In the end, the closing was delayed a day because the numbers for the loan and closing did not align and no one could account for the $3130 difference. Being on Pacific time there is NO support after 2-3 pm PST when CST is after 5 pm.
