Answer your phone or correspond on weekends, true one on one breakdown of loan sheets. Asking for bank records from people who aren’t even on loan. Proper write up of closing the loan. Work with one person and not 3 or 4 people.

The paperwork was full of errors and typos. We never knew the status of the loan. We were continuously asked for more information. The loan terms were nowhere near what we originally discussed. We had to change the closing date due to lack of information after asking if they had everything they needed. Absolutely the worst mortgage experience I have had.

By being transparent with loan terms and products. By having key knowledge regarding loan products. By answering questions and addressing concerns, instead of pushing it off to alternate dept for answers that still never came. By not treating your customers poorly and abrasive.
