Pamela was great but the snag in the loan coming through after we had been assured all was well and ready to go and having to go back twice to ensure the taxes and insurance were separated was frustrating.

Our only issues came with communication with the appraisal process and not being able to move forward for a month from when we paid for the appraisal to close on the loan, and then having to wait even longer for an appeal, which we understand is not a problem with GoMortgage itself, but we were told multiple times we would have an answer by 6pm or 8 pm or midnight and this went on for several weeks. It made us feel like we were bothering GoMortgage just to get answers about the appraisal and was making our builder unhappy wo... read more

Well there was allot of changes from one lender to another and honestly would rather meet the loan officer in person rather than on the phone

They ran our credit 5 or 6 times, in total. They didn't lock in our rate prior to all of the fed interest rate hikes, despite knowing which type of loan we would be using and our closing date. Submitted several documents multiple times, which weren't even needed for closing

Instead of relying so much on email and the phone app. It would have been nice to get a call explaining the documents needed for the processor. The phone app is horrible to navigate.

Seemed like communication was last minute from Michael our processor. On our way to closing and was informed that termite inspection was missed by FOA. Took hours to complete the closing.

we had a long process and not becasue of brany but because of things on our end, There were times when there was no communication and we know that some of that is because of our numerious delays but it would have been nice for an email or message.
