This is a terrible company. Avoid renting their properties. Wheelhouse "Boutique" Apartments recently bought our town-homes and nearly doubled the rent. They gave us exactly a month notice of the change to our month-to-month lease. My neighbor and myself are both pregnant and had planned to stay here indefinitely and now are being forced out, her only weeks from birth. Also our deposits are "missing." I'm at the 1967 S. Josephine "Topaz Building" *update- second review complaining about FLOODING ISSUES Short story: Had to get a lawyer and call the Denver environmental health department due to long-term flooding in the unit, trash, maintenance problems, complete lack of communication, punctuality and respect.
