I've had the WORST experience with this company. Complexes aren't taken care of. Terrible customer service/care for their property. I've been trying to get my bathtub paint fixed for over 2 months. There was a homeless man living in the laundry room for a night. He looked like he was on drugs and I had to call the police to get him out of the place. NOT recommended and disrespectful landlord! They didn't give the residents any notification about the massive renovation in the building. The noise from pounding and drilling is bothering people who live here, especially ones who work from home. It caused cracks on the ceiling and it feels like you live inside a bunker where there are bombs exploding outside! Not the worst experience I've ever had renting. I was in a hurry to find a place after accepting a job offer in Denver, so I took my spot unseen. The property was exactly what was listed online and the price wasn't awful for the area and square footage. I had several minor maintenance issues, all of which were fixed in a timely manner. If you value your safety around water or making sure that your valuable electronics have proper wiring don't rent here. Half of the apartment is grounded half is not (but has 3 prong plugs which isn't code), no GCFIs. Can't prove the timing of the remodels though so they can refuse to fix it. We'll be getting out when our lease is up. And we're contacting the building inspector this is just unacceptable.

Run away as fast as you can!!! We lived at the Sherman commons Nov 2015-2016! The place is a dump no joke you will live in trash! Dog poop, cat poop and garbage fill the commons. If you enjoy bedbugs your in the right place. We got them 3 times in a year living here. I have scars all over my body from the bedbug attacks. They had the nerve to not give us our deposit back b/c of admin fees. The windows are cheep, the floors are cheep and the ac and heat hardly ever work. Water gets shut off weekly without notice. I've lived at Sherman Commons for 7 months and I deeply regret it. It's convenient for the location but the apartments are absolute trash. Paint splatter from the 'remodel', warped floors and cracked kitchen counter tops; I really could go on and on. Either the heat or the A/C unit is constantly broken and no matter how many times I requested a fix, it never happens. Things have only gotten worse at this courtyard at sloans location. I've never had quite as many maintenance issues as I have with this place. After I wrote my initial review, work began on my shower. They finally replaced the components that needed to be replaced, which required ripping out some of the tile. For about 2 weeks I had a black trash bag duct taped to my shower wall. While they were in one day for my roommates issue she asked them about my shower. Wish I could give them one star. Wheelhouse you are a greedy bunch of people. I live in Le Cirque aka the most overpriced building, ever. Initially we moved in because we were just in a hurry to get out of a sublet, I didn't even have a chance to look at it in person. WHAT A MISTAKE! TAILWINDS APT IS A LIE. Property manager Michelle Valdez is a con! Do not rent any property under wheel house. Pictures online is completely different. Complicated to get maintenance to even consider service, esspecially maintenance that was suppose to be done before someone moves in. Terrible carpet smell, bleached counters and carpet, new A/C with a plug that doesnt even fit into an outlet, most of the outlets dont work and oven wasnt installed properly. I wouldnt wish my experience on my worst enemy. STAY AWAY
