Get directionsLet me start off with this place is one of the worst places in the Central Valley for your elderly people. The facility use to be called Willow creek but now is called Genesis. My Aunt was in this place for two weeks in October 2018. She was 87 yrs old that broke her hip and was transferred here for rehabilitation. Well of course while there for rehab she got pneumonia. She became bedridden and incoherent most of the time. They had her in The rehab section but said she should go back to the hospital for the pneumonia. I was ... read more

Well, my dad has been here a couple weeks and leaving soon- would have given these people a decent review until an incident today. First of all, my dad is TOTALLY with it mentally. He's there because of a knee replacement infection. Today he left for physical therapy for 40 minutes, put his wallet in a safe place, came back and was missing $60. Seems it would be EASY to figure out who the theif is, but the facility has done NOTHING. This place employs CRIMINALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My grandfather is in the facility to rehab a broken femur. My observations have been frustrating. The food is late and it looks awful. The staff is hard to track down. They are on break every time I visit. I have visited for two hours and nobody comes in to check in on him. The staff seems disorganized, unfriendly and uncaring. Sometimes the nursing staff doesn't even know he has a broken femur. My grandpa has lost 11 pounds in two weeks. My family has to constantly advocate for him to get the services he is supposed to rece... read more
This place is absolutely awful. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The people here don't take care of their patients and are neglectful. They left my grandpa in a wheelchair in the hallway for over 8 hours with no food or water. They also over medicated him. This place is a joke and I highly recommend people take their loved ones some place else.

My mom came in here after a stay at another rehab. She died 3 weeks after they discharged her too soon. I asked them repeatedly to keep her since she was not able to take care of herself. They released her w/ no special diet. They even said she didn't need 24 hour care, which lead my brother and sister to think she was healthy enough. She could not even walk or pee on her own, much less get up and cook all day for herself. She was left to die after being led to believe she was recuperating. Don't leave your loved one here. ... read more
I would like to give one more star but recently had such a bad experience here, I just can't. My father has been here for 2 years and I have had to fight with them every step of the way. Without a family member being on top of them, they neglect, ignore, argue with, and give awful care to their patients. My father became dehydrated, malnourished, got pneumonia, de-conditioned, had a blood pressure of 89/34, and I had to call 911 MYSELF to get him to a hospital. They did not send any records and even refused to when they call... read more
