Very thankful for the staff at Willow Creek for the outstanding care given to my Dad John Pemberton during his stay there. Unfortunately he was not able to come home but entered into Heaven in January 2022. The Director Shayna Nagle was so warm, thoughtful and caring. She made sure that we were able to see my Dad regularly leading up to his passing. I highly recommend Willow Creek for any family needing care for a loved one.

Willow Creek is fantastic at easing transitions whether it is from the hospital to facility or facility to home. The admitting team is great. the therapy program and activities director are awesome. It is easy to see that these people care about their patient's abd due their best to heal the body, mind, and spirit of those who come through their doors.

My 92 year old Dad received the best care here for 1 week and after his broken femur (hip) surgery. I was able to view online all of the Doctors and Nurses posts about his condition, his progress and his medications. Every employee I encountered was helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The location is perfect only 5 minutes from our home.

My dad was in Willow creek for 2 weeks after a bad fall. I must say from the friendly front desk/receptionists to the caregivers he received really good care. I would like to personally thank Joanne Soriano for all her help. In addition, Jamal Martin , Robby Yamamoto and so many others that were extremely kind and kept his spirits up . Crivello Family

My mom has been at Willowcreek now in long term care for over a couple of years and overall I've been pretty pleased with her care. Anywhere you put your loved ones, you have to be involved & appreciate the caretakers in order to receive back the care for your loved ones! I love my mom dearly & these Covid days have been very difficult for me not to be able to see her & have relied on Willowcreek nurses & staff members who have been very loving & patient with my mom & me! Willow Creek is a wonderful facility for your loved ones. They are under new ownership and you can feel the difference. Their staff are uplifting and eager to take care of their residents and patients. I highly recommend this place if you are seeking care for your family and/or loved ones!

Our family recently went through a very traumatic time with the loss of our grandpa and subsequent need for skilled nursing/rehab for our grandmother. We made the difficult choice to place our grandmother in skilled nursing after a bad infection and surgery that didn't go well. Just recently my father had a fall and broke his hip . At his age thought to myself oh no I am going to lose him. Well he made it through the surgery and was on the mend. Not living in the area and not knowing many people there I trusted a nurse from the hospital who told me her father was at Willow Creek.
