She was transferred from San Joaquin Rehab a wonderful place. During her short stay at Willowcreek it was a hassle to reach anyone by phone, Moms clothes went missing and a very expensive foot brace was misplaced and never to be found! This place is THE worst. Always stole my partners grandmas clothes, never changed her, the staff is so rude and get angry at you when you tell them to do their actual job! So disappointing, have had so many problems with this place, definitely not one of the good ones.

Worst care ever! DO NOT put your loved ones in this facility. My papa went in 80% independent and was discharged less than three months later a vegetable only to die in a local hospital! He was riddled with infections and the staff didn't care. If you love your family member you will not subject them to the care of this facility! Pure negligence was the demise of my father...don't bother!

Wow Seeing all the Negative reviews of this place just wow.....doesnt surprise me one bit. Recently my 81 year old mother had a number of falls leading up to brain surgery and needing rehab so the decision was made to place her in 24 hour care and now unfortunately this place was recommended. Care is spotty at best if one doesnt keep on top of them, food is usually cold and disgusting not to mention late a lot of times, and my god if one has a Service Animal beware of an ensuing argument over "State Mandates" as they put it ... read more

This place is not the place you want to place an aging loved one. My experience here has been horrible. My family has had to fight with them every step of the way from ensuring my grandmother's diet restrictions were considered for meals, medications were properly given, she was not left in wet bedding, and not neglected. Let me start off with this place is one of the worst places in the Central Valley for your elderly people. The facility use to be called Willow creek but now is called Genesis. My Aunt was in this place for two weeks in October 2018. She was 87 yrs old that broke her hip and was transferred here for rehabilitation. Well of course while there for rehab she got pneumonia. Well, my dad has been here a couple weeks and leaving soon- would have given these people a decent review until an incident today. First of all, my dad is TOTALLY with it mentally. He's there because of a knee replacement infection. Today he left for physical therapy for 40 minutes, put his wallet in a safe place, came back and was missing $60. Seems it would be EASY to figure out who the theif is, but the facility has done NOTHING. This place employs CRIMINALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
