Willow Creek is a wonderful facility for your loved ones. They are under new ownership and you can feel the difference. Their staff are uplifting and eager to take care of their residents and patients. I highly recommend this place if you are seeking care for your family and/or loved ones!

Our family recently went through a very traumatic time with the loss of our grandpa and subsequent need for skilled nursing/rehab for our grandmother. We made the difficult choice to place our grandmother in skilled nursing after a bad infection and surgery that didn't go well. Just recently my father had a fall and broke his hip . At his age thought to myself oh no I am going to lose him. Well he made it through the surgery and was on the mend. Not living in the area and not knowing many people there I trusted a nurse from the hospital who told me her father was at Willow Creek. Have been looking for a facility to help with my dads rehab just recently and was referred to willow creek from a friend. When arriving I noticed how manicured the facility was from the outside very inviting. When we walked into building we were greeted from the start felt very welcoming and comforting and my dad agreed. Staff was very hospitable and resourceful and was willing to answer any questions or concerns we may have. This is a great health care facility. Being in the nursing business for over thirty years in GA this facility has a great staff and the care is amazing. I have seen how the staff have taken care of my friends' loved one and if my parents were still living this is where they would be. I'm very picky and stern about taking care of our elderly to be respectful and loving to these great people!! Thank you Willow Creek for being one of these great facilities!!

My husband has been in the facility for almost 2 months and is totally alert. Staff does the best they can, but the last 2 weeks, facility has been extremely short staffed. Food is tasty but usually cold (during his entire stay). Last 2 weeks, meal service has been late up to an hour. Rehab at this facility is excellent. I guess new Administrator is cutting costs, but patient care is suffering. God help the people who are not alert or have no family to advocate for them.

Rating falls into negative numbers. What is wrong with this place? Everything. Food is beyond awful. Response time to calls horrible. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here.

Bedside phone didn't work, no call button, way to call for help. Shower head & handle broken, sprayed my clothes & towels so I had to wear wet clothing. Nursing staff made fun of my blind elderly roommate who spoke only Spanish. They wouldn't take her to 'los Banos' until she said 'bathroom' on English. Horrible horrible horrible facility. Should be closed and owners jailed.
