RecommendedI'm very unhappy with the service I received today. The staff was unfriendly and not helpful. Not knowledgeable when I asked simple questions. They will not service my car again. -- Wilson County Buick GMC made my complaint go away. I am very happy with their service, and I will be back to have my truck serviced! A friend of mine from out of town needed a part for his Chevy Duramax to get his truck running and get him home. The parts department understandably didn't have the part in stock. The unfortunate part is "company policy" wouldn't allow them to give us a part number or nor they offer to do a local part search. I'm in the market for a truck myself and will now take my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.
I really should wait till I get through all this but by being charged almost $300 for a "loaner" and the service manager getting up in my friends face I think you folks are in need of an attitude adjustment.
I would highly NOT recommend this service department. 2 out of 4 times have had issues. On Wednesday I took my car to have oil change and rotate tires. 2 Hours later I asked and was told my car had a recall. After waiting another hour I was told my car was not finished. I was informed my service advisor would come get my car on Friday well it's 5 o'clock and never heard a word. I will be sure to not buy my next car or return to your service department.
