DO NOT USE WILSON CO MOTORS.... my car went there for service they took my brand new 2019 through a automatic car wash without my permission and returned my car with all these little scratches all over my car..... smh!

Wish the GMC dealer ship we use to have here was still in business here. That was Cunningham GMC they were right on to deal with for sales and service. They have dealship in Springfield. Running a test on Wilson county motors took one of my older truck in for sevice under a friends name they failed terrible. Look to buy a new 2020 next year Durmax full loaded crew cab 8 footbed. This a special order since deal ship dont stock full loaded 8 foot bed any more. look like some unlucky sales men will be losing commission a a 80... read more
Bought a brand new Colorado and when I showed up to take delivery they advised me that they didn't have the second set of keys. Waited 2 weeks and they never found the keys and told me I would have to come back and they would make me as set. Told about 30 min to perform. Took almost 2 hours and the replacement keys are not even genuine GM keys, some type of generic like from Walmart, not that good after the sale.
Very poor customer service,in the service center. We had to call and check on our truck, no one had the decency to even call us. After having our truck since September 20,it’s not fixed. It showed 14 different codes on it. I was told that different ones had driven with no issues. So I drive the 2 hours to pick it up. I drive one block and the issue is not fixed. That explains why I was not charged.They knew it was not fixed. So I took my chances and drove it back home. 😡

Every time my wife goes to the service department for the most minor thing they try to upsell her. Every. Single. Time. They come out and scare her into thinking she needs new brakes or tires or whatever. Just do the job I ask for WC Motors. I worry about others who are not car savvy getting sold the world when they don’t need it. The sales team is above and beyond the best in town and I will always buy from them but I will never be in their service department again.
They kept my truck 2 days and the transmission still makes a loud clunk when it shifts...Did nothing but change the oil in the transmission...It's still the same as it was...
Said they would check about the acceleration issue. Ohhhh they didn't bc nobody was there to check. Then don't tell me you would. Didn't even say what all they did when picked up car only pay us here is receipt. Not very much communication going on.
