Installed wrong sliding door, mistakes happen so not the end of the world. They offered to install the correct door for free, it was ordered, installation was set for last month. Got canceled because of the snow, total understandable for safety. They moved the install date to today. Showed up just to measure and order another door.... even though I have an email stating the other door was shipping from the factory 1/28

I absolutely would not recommend Window Nation to anybody. We are currently four months out from when we signed and the work is still not complete. Sales representatives are very high-pressure telling you that if they walk away, you will never get that price again. The first team of installers came out and lied to us telling us that they could not complete the work. The second team of installers came and did most of the windows, but we had one large three part window that arrived completely smashed, that they wanted to insta... read more
