I like the windows, but they have not come back out to finish the siding, and it's been almost a month. They put a metal sheet up, but it's not completed, and I would like it finished. Trying to get hold of anybody with the timeframe has been a joke, but if I get a response when they are coming back, I would be happy about that. In May, someone came to measure my windows, then, I was given an installation date later in May. The date came and they installed all my windows except 2 that were the wrong size. Then, I got a call about 6 weeks later that someone coming was coming re-measure the windows. After the re-measure it was two MONTHS until I got my next install date. Guess what?!! When you try to call them for an issue, it is hard to get in touch with anyone.
