Sorry, I don't recommend companies to other people. I was burned years ago doing that. The person I recommended a company to had a bad experience and came back at me. But I do tell them who did the work and that I am satisfied.

The installation team did a nice job, however I am assuming the windows were shipped with marks they couldn’t remove. They did try as well as I did too. So I have streaks ( marks) on my window (s) that are visible to the eye. They also had a hard time removing 2 windows and whatever they sprayed ( something with an oil base) has stained my wall.

Communication was not clear throughout the process. WN kept sending me HOA requests when I had confirmed several times this was a single family residence. Installers arrived two hours ahead of given time, and did not show up with correct coil color. Two screens were broken and will take several weeks to come in. Several windows have movement in the frame, now requiring another visit to review for possible replacement.
