Window Nation went to the town and told them they were installing windows. After the installation, the town said the window doesn't comply with the town's codes. A professional company should know that codes change. We were told that they have to be bigger windows so firefighters can get in.

It's not about the installation or the company; it's about the process, measuring the windows. Originally, it was the wrong size. They said for me to sign the contract because they needed the 60% down. I said that it doesn't look like my window, and they argued with me. I did not like that.

This windows were installed lest than a month ago, I found something with them and I called the company and they told me that someone was going to can and fix the problem, they give me the appointment I canceled an appointment to wait for the person to can and they called me 7:45am to tell me that no one gas coming and they were coming next week. The next week came but no one showed up when I called to find out what happened no one seemed to know anything, I was transferred from one person to another. I will not recommend... read more

I was dissatisfied because they put in the windows but didn't put in the new frames. They used the old ones. I told them they needed to use new frames, that some of the frames were rotted. I wasn't crazy about that part, that they didn't replace the frames. I'm satisfied with the new windows.
