Windows first ordered in July. First install October. 2nd install 3Rd week in Nov. Only sent 1 person this visit to complete. Then were not able to return next day. 3Rd time in December. Replaced 2 total windows,locks and sashes that again did not fit. 4 th time I hope is charm. I feel since did financing I have no recourse for reimbursement. As soon as 1st install done Window Nation was paid and payments started. Window Nation was instantly paid in full. My bad.

When I called because I saw an add on TV, I was told that I was going to get a gift card and get buy one, get one free. I don't know what the buy one get one free was because my bill was $9,000 for 6 windows. I also never received the gift card.
