The customer service is not what was promised. Once the salesman is gone, you are just dealing with customer service. The salesman lied. He said it would be super fantastic, and it was something less than that.

Door installation was poorly done. A second technician had to come out to complete the job and still the job was not completely done. When you say you install doors shouldn't you leave the customer with a fully functioning door, no mess and a fully painted and finished installation? They left the new trim unpainted and I have to lift the latch and door slightly for the door to close properly. Extremely sloppy workmanship. The salesman came here and made a sale with us and advised us that we had three days to cancel. I called on the third day, and he was eating dinner. I said I wanted to change the contract and add a window, and he said it was all fine. You buy 2 and get 2, and you buy I thought you get 1, and there were so many advertisements. I ordered ten windows, and six should be free. There was a tiny window, and I only wanted a glass pane. It was 24 x 24 and they wanted $1,000. I think it should have been free.
