The window quality leave something to be desired. I have sliding windows from chain store both sides slide when locked the are tight no movement with those windows when locked I can slide both panels back and forth a quarter inch. Still waiting for drywall to be done even getting that started was an issue. Communication between people at the company needs improvement as sales person promised something and sold the job. I had windows put in a month and a half ago, and the customer service and follow-up has been bad.

Everything was great except for after the windows went in I am getting flooded with emails and phone calls about my experience. I did not like that.
