I was satisfied with the windows. I do believe the windows are good quality. However I disputed a price and never heard back. I was charged for 14 windows. There was only 13. I sent email and was informed adjustment would be made after I accepted what they sent me to verify. Price did not change. Was not happy. Was informed my salesman would contact me. Never heard back from him after he sold me windows. We will see if Window Nation comes through with ballgame tickets that they promised. I won’t hold my breath.

It took two times for them to get the correct window size. They had to come back because the first set was the wrong size. They had to take six different measurements.

The salesperson was excellent. I was told an experienced crew would come in and install our windows. Instead, I got two young people, and they did not do a very good job. They couldn't understand me; they were foreigners. I had to call them back, and someone else had to come out and fix the mistakes that they made. I was very disappointed with that. They were very professional.

Had an issue with one window sash, and full screen. The screen had a BOW in it that would not be set tightly, the window had a scratch in the glass. They replaced the screen. The order to replace the window sash was put in, then received a call it came in but was broken, and had to reorder. When it finally came in installer was sent out to install it just to realize it was the wrong sash. This will be the 4th time service call for one window! My wife and I are so disappointed, and angry!!!!!
