still waiting for a broken window to be replaced. I feel heat coming from some of the windows. The windows arrived dirty with sticky stuff on them that I couldn't get off easily and some parts I couldn't get off at all.

Happy with windows, but not with communication after regarding two sashes & a screen that were damaged when installed. Lack of communication about how long it will take to replace.

At this point, we are still trying to resolve issues. We have our siding company working with Window Nation to try to resolve issues, we have several sashes that have to be replaced - again. They continue to work with us to correct all issues, but at this point, the project has been incredibly frustrating and for what we are paying, it is disappointing it wasn't done right the first 2 times they came out.

After speaking with more local contractors about what I was offered and what was used in my installation, I was shown I overpaid. I got 3 windows, nothing special about them, for $4000 and they had to come back and fix issues after my initial installation, within a week. I honestly accepted the contract due to financing and it helping my credit but I will certainly be paying it off asap and never using this company again.

Our experience has not been good. Our windowsills were supposed to be replaced at the time of installation and they weren't despite me reminding them that they were to be replaced. Its been 3 weeks since our install and they have only come out once since then. Only 6 of our 14 windows have the new windowsills and we still don't know when they will all be fixed.

I would not be likely to recommend Window Nation until we're done with the pandemic. I have not been able to get proper care or service for the windows that I thought I would get. Some of the promises have not been kept. Maybe the pandemic is the reason for the delay in service that I've had.
