The outside work on the trim was very poorly done and almost like it is incomplete. And I will not continue to fill out this form until the company gets back with me and remedies situation.

The reason I am giving them a 3 is that the installer acted like he knew everything and put the wrong product on the window. I told him to stop, and he said they always do it like this. I called the office and they came back with the correct product. It took a month to get that fixed. I was happy with the service, but not happy with the entire thing. The funding company insisted I pay for the windows before the job was done. Now they are trying to charge me interest for 2 weeks because I paid the bill when it was due not one... read more

They did not communicate. Double-check the contract. I was going to take off on a Friday for companies to give me estimates. They said if I scheduled it for Wednesday that he could come after I got off work and they would give me a $100 gift card. It took me five calls to get that $100 gift card. The regional manager made sure that it went through the last time. time.
