Crappy communication. Service department you can thank the sales department for me never bringing my car there for service. If it wasn’t for the guarantee I’d never recommend buying a car there.

Did a “complete inspection” on my car, everything perfect except for cabin air filter. Well my windshield actually had a over 6 inch crack. I brought our car in due to a parasitic battery drain. I brought our car in due to a parasitic battery drain. The symptoms were explained - repeated dead battery, touch screen going haywire, etc. The car was fixed after 4 days and picked back up on our way home from vacation as we live over an hour away from the dealership. The DCM was replaced and the issues supposedly fixed, but the screen/radio/car play is still going haywire. It has been updated, reset, etc., still with no fixing of the problem.
