I arrived early for my scheduled oil change and tire I arrived early for my scheduled oil change and tire rotation and was told it would take 45 minutes. Seems like plenty of time. It ended up taking an hour and 45 minutes. No reason was given for the long wait. I experienced the same long wait at the Toyota dealership so I guess it's a "Wyatt Johnson" thing. Plenty of other places get this done in town.
I was quoted $98 for the diagnostic test, but when I went I was quoted $98 for the diagnostic test, but when I went to pay for it, it was $124. This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was sold a damaged vehicle and tricked into purchasing it as-is. When I came to talk to the manager(s) all they did was tell me it was as-is and that they couldn’t do anything about it. This was pure fraudulent misrepresentation and horrible customer service.
