This was by far the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had! Joe was fantastic! He actually listened to what I wanted, and I drove away with exactly that.
Got there at 10 o'clock in the morning. I was brought right into the intake bay met Chase almost immediately. I left to spend some time with my daughter and got a call a few hours later the truck was ready and came and picked it up with no problems.
I have purchased a few cars over the years. It just seems like everything was so organized with cover sheets on Manila folders. You had a system in place and it works. Only one suggestion, perhaps Luis could've gave me his card before I left yesterday. I actually took one off his desk that was buried on the left side behind his monitor.
