He was very patient and very informative about the vehicles we looked at. Never pushy and excited about what he was doing
Was greeted with a smile when checking in. Devin was super and checked things out and directed me to waiting area and kept me informed. He is super friendly and will definitely ask for him again.

Suggestion: FREE snacks. We purchased our RAV4 back in May at Beamer. They provide FREE snacks (packs of chips, cookies, fruit, etc...)

Except for the new credit card fees it's great. When you pay a lot of money to have your truck repaired or serviced credit card fees are a crap of xxxx. Most people do not use their ATM card or carry a lot of cash to pay. That being said I have plenty of money to use how I want. I think it's just another way the dealership is trying to nickel and dime you.
