I worked with David the salesman and two sales managers Chris and JJ. I was very pleased with the service that JJ provided me, he made things right. Chris on the other hand, not so much. If you choose to do business with this dealership go with the team that will put you first.

After the service was completed I left the dealership to drop by my bank. After I got out of my Truck there was Grease all over my Driver's Floor and the Gray sill area had grease all over it. I’m leaving this review to help other Toyota owners make informed decisions about maintenance recommendations. I own a 2017 Toyota 4Runner. At 62,000 miles, the dealership recommended and performed spark plug replacement and an automatic transmission fluid drain-and-fill. While somewhat early, I accepted these services as conservative maintenance.
