I asked for an oil change, filters to be replaced, tires rotated and head light bulbs to be replaced. The light bulbs were NOT replaced. If a multi-point inspection was performed, how did they fail to catch this? I do not trust this location anymore.
I was scheduled for a 9:00am appt to inspect a recall issue and waited 4 hours which has become typical of Wyatt Johnson. I can't even get an oil change without waiting all day. The service center is ridiculous and I'd rather take my care elsewhere to get serviced which is probably what WJ wants anyway because their service center feels more like a scam rather than anything resembling helpful!
Wyatt Johnson was sold to another dealer and customer service has gone down and prices up. I had an appointment for basic service and had to wait over an hour for the work this was in addition to 15 min of me standing with my car in the bay waiting for a representative. They have too much overhead there with all the people walking around and not doing anything. They wanted to chard me over $100 to replace my cabin and engine air filter. They used to be about $20 to $25 each.
Communication with the service provider lacked in several areas. The mechanics who performed the services were great.
My car is a 2025 Toyota Tundra 1794. I visited for a recall and made an appointment for 8:10 am, but it took almost 4 hours. Now I understand why people don't go to Toyota dealers despite the recall.
I was in and out with in a hour. However the man that assisted acted like he didn’t have time to answer my questions or explain to me what I needed to do or what needed to happen because he said he has paperwork to do. He didn’t want to honor the coupon I had so he had to get someone else to help me. Very unpleasant first experience!
They told me my tires had nothing wrong with them even though I had video proof of the damage
Did not keep me up to date with how long I would be there. Had to speak with someone else after 2 hours because he would walk right past me. Spent a total of 5 hours at the dealership and the only communication I had with him was at check in. He did not respond to text communication when I asked for updates either
The recent changes have been awful. Customer experience has changed so drastically that I don't want to bring my car into the service department anymore.
