Poor communication and lacking updates. Tracking app doesn't work. Had to call 8 times to get updated
Horrible . Accused me of buying wipers I did not buy then took me to the wrong vehicle. Blamed it on system error. She messed up I'm never giving you my business again
It took 4 and a half hours for an oil change that's a really long time
Service person was great! ! By the time I got home problem that I had gone there for was not resolved. I was there because tire air pressure was on. By the time I got home it came back on.
Had a coupon for oil and tire rotation. Chris refused to let me use it.
A simple oil change and tire rotation took 4+ hours with a scheduled appointment. Had to wait for the oil filter to be delivered and then had to pay $15 for rental car while I ran my errands that were delayed. Needs some communication improvement.
Sales person very respectful, very helpful and easy to work with with. New Sales manager would not honor the vehicle price listed on the website.
Paid $ 223 to get a vibration on my right front tire. I lost confidence on the tech’s ability at this location. Is the second time my experience is unsatisfactory at Wyatt Johnson. The first time I wasn’t even taken cared off even when I had an appointment because my vehicle is Subaru and I made an appointment at the former Subaru dealership instead of the new one, but when I made the appointment I specifically asked if that was an issue and I was told that it didn’t make I difference. Tried to rush me into a deal. Then when we did agree to a deal all the sudden the car wasn't available then it was available. Car wasn't cleaned after they said it was cleaned 2 different times. Fog light was broke and you 'couldn't' fix it.
