The residents at Wyndham Lakes are very nice, and the staff members are very nice. This community is the perfect balance between independent living and assisted living. Our loved one has a sense of independence, but still get's her appointment cleaned once a week, which she is very proud of her apartment. Every time we visit even if it is a surprise, her apartment is on point. This is one of the best and affordable communities around. The staff communication is pretty good for the . I would change the quality and of amount of the employees available to take care of the residents.

It's an older community but they seem to be doing a decent job with maintenance and the look of the inside. Communication between the staff and our family is ok. Communication can sometimes be difficult to understand. They are not really following the covid protocols and I have seen people with masks. I would recommend this community if you are able to stay on top of things and set a level of expectation.

Came to sign contracts with aunt after touring the community. Wonderful experience during tour and contract signing. Very impressed with the community and residents. All residents state how happy they are residing here and nonrelated really but the food is delicious.

Great tour and friendly staff. Outside can be a little deceiving as the inside is nicer. They do appear to have lots of activities and the residence are happy. This was a close second choice for me but I was a little concerned about staff turnover. They did not seem to have as much longevity as some other locations, definitely experienced staff but not in one location. Being as my grandmother would be in memory care, I wanted to be sure she would be with people who were very familiar with her routine on a daily basis. Still ... read more
