I was there February 15 for my daughter!! She was sent home February 14 for a fever 103.2 and ran that when we got to urgent care at 9:20am it was so packed.. she was seen at 11.20am and she had the FLU!! On the other hand I was back there again on March 1 for my husband and he was in the back within 15 mins! !
This place is not fast and not friendly. It looks nice but I'm not coming back...
My son started to run a fever so I loaded him up and headed to Xpress Wellness. I arrived at 640, 1 hour and 20 minutes before they closed and they turned us away. They had 2 cars in the parking lot and one patient in the lobby and they told me they werent taking any pateints!!! Are you kidding me?! Thank you for turning my sick 6 year old son away!
Open till 8! Except when you roll in with your 6 year old with a fever, rash, and vomiting. Then you are turned away after being told they've been turning away patients "since at least 6:30" (said with a shrug). Then as I was complaining to my husband while getting back in the car to go find the local ER (we are visiting from out of town) an employee smoking at the backdoor interrupted to tell me about their policy. Wait time was excessively long. It took exactly 2 hours to get in the exam room and twenty minutes for PA not a doctor to come in and address my concerns over my health.
Nothing xpress or urgent about this clinic. We waited for 2 1/2 hrs before we got seen, just to get tested for the flu. Staff was very nice, but the wait was just irritating especially when there are 3 people in the waiting room. Apparently you need to check in online to priority treatment.....who new. If there's ever a next time that's the route to go.
Usually I am here when they open if I need to come. Today I have been here nearly 2 hours and still not in a room. I guess no one should bother coming if it's 11 or after without checking in online. The time they tell you will be wrong and they will see person after person who arrived after you. There were 2 employees in uniform just watching me get a flu test. Perhaps if they were working I could go home and begin to heal!!
I have been to this clinic 3 times, first time was a long wait but decent care. The second time was seen in an hour or so then told by the nurse she would be right back with my paperwork, 45 minutes later I checked on the status and was told, "oh I didn't know you were still in there" REALLY!!!!! The third time I checked soon enough but never called again for paperwork. They checked & I didn't even exist in the system!! They forgot about me again!!!!!
