so long rant... I've been here twice now. both times they have pulled my insurance wrong and tried to over charge me. tonight was a complete waste. sons progressively getting worse and after $240 with insurance, I know that my son has an ear infection that his pcp diagnosed on Monday and has been treating and he has a fever. the whole time I was there, they tried to talk me into buying a discount plan with them to "save money" since my insurance sucks. Went to Tulsa hills location and was treated poorly. FromThe Nurse Brandy and nurse practitioner whose name I didn't get (but does it matter really when you leave such a bad impression you don't stand out?). As a healthcare professional I found them rude, condescending, judgemental all the things you should have been taught not to be as a compassionate healthcare worker and a waste of time. cannot tell the difference between a 2nd and 3rd degree burn. rude staff will not recommend them. after seeking help from an outside provider they found the burn to be more severe.

My daughter and granddaughter went they received horrible service they were tested for the flu and their swabs were put in the same wrapper ! Oh my gosh how awful I would not recommend this place to anyone and to top it off they didn’t even call in their meds ! You need to step up your service don’t you think?

This is the worst place. They gave me medication at 8 when they closed at night. It made me very nauseous and I had to be at work at 3am. They would not write me a note for work they said unless I paid again for the next day. I will never come back to this place and nobody should come here. It’s all about money and wasting your time.
Went there this morning 11/28/18 with sore throat, chest and nasal congestion, terrible dry hacking cough and watery itchy eyes. The so called expert PA checked me over and said it was just the Flu and I'd be fine in a couple of weeks. I asked him about some antibiotics and cough syrup, he finally agreed to the cough syrup but Absolutely No Antibiotics. I'm now going to see A Real Doctor in the morning and get some Real Meds. First they overcharged me and had no clue what I was talking about on the charges. I had to wait an hour and a half in a room before a doctor walked in. It seems like they just want to get everybody out of the lobby so you don't know how long the weights going to be. When I checked out the girl up front was very rude and indignant. The doctor was very nice but I would never return again. Did I Say Never Never Again?
While we have appreciated the medical care received in the past, recently we have found the receptionist staff to be rude and unhelpful. We chose to leave rather than have our child seen due to our reception. A shame because the location is great and the medical personnel have been helpful in the past but we no longer trust the business.
