My husband has been very sick with sinus and ear infections. He Finished his course of antibiotics and steroids went back today very congested, coughing his head off and obviously not better. She didn’t give him anything, just said take Zyrtec D, he told her he’s been taking mucinex D.....nothing. This place just wants your money and doesn’t care about getting you well. My husband and I both made Jesse Hart our primary provider and we love him. However, It is time for med refills, and I was seen just 90 days ago.... after my pharmacy had faxed over refill request for bp medication, they rec. no response. I called the pharmacy and they suggest I call EW back. I do and find out that Jesse is NO LONGER THERE, and that they will not refill my medicine. I came today to get different meds for my issue and only to get all of the same 3 creams at home and no med that I asked for for my other issue either....very disappointed and will use ER from now on or make sure it's a Doctor / PA that listens to what I have used and not working......
You don't have a lot of choices in Woodward but our experience with Xpress Wellness has been horrible!
We got there 50 minutes before they closed. There were 3 other people there needing to be seen. They would not see my daughter! We had to drive to Tulsa to see a dr! I will never, ever give my business to this place again!
I went there yesterday and the took my heart rate and said sorry you need to go to the er I explain to them I have a slow heart the refuse to treat me and then my girlfriend had to find a wheelchair and push me out I would not take a dog there
I stood in line for 15 mins while the front desk chatted it up with a man child who had to keep calling his wife about insurance numbers. Just for her to tell me they weren’t accepting anyone else for the day. Wouldn’t you think that would’ve been nice to know as soon as I walk in. My poor child is lethargic in the waiting room and she couldn’t care less, too busy twirling her hair and batting her eyes for 15 mins to a married man. The staff is friendly enough. Had to wait 2 hours to be seen. Then we waited for doctor for another 45 minutes. Just super slow
